Shipping Destinations

Shipping Methods

Our shipping options include:

  • Regular Shipping: Delivered via EMS (12-20 days through Government Post) depending on the destination.

  • Express Shipping: For expedited delivery, typically arrives in 7-12 days. Orders of 6 boxes or more qualify for free Express Shipping.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and any unforeseen circumstances. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we strive to ensure timely delivery of your order. Please note war times also may prolong shipping.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 24-48 hours after they are received and completed. Please note that we do not process orders or ship on weekends or holidays. 

Shipping Costs

We offer free regular shipping for all orders worldwide. Expedited shipping options are available for an additional fee. Orders of 6 boxes or more qualify for free Express Shipping.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking link to monitor the progress of your package.

Shipping Restrictions

At this time, we do not have any specific shipping restrictions. However, please be aware that delivery times may vary based on your location and any local regulations that may affect shipping.

Please note that we do not accept cancellations once the orders have been dispatched from our fulfillment center.

Terms of Trade

United States: DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) When shipping to the United States, all applicable customs duties and import taxes are prepaid by The BioHealth Company. Your order will be delivered to your door with no additional fees or charges due at delivery.

Other International Destinations:
DAP (Delivered at Place) For shipments to countries other than the United States, terms of trade are DAP unless otherwise specified at checkout. Under DAP, customers are responsible for payment of destination duties, taxes, and any import clearance fees upon delivery.

Buyer Responsibilities:

a. Payment for goods purchased (including any taxes displayed at checkout);
b. Providing complete and accurate shipping address, email, and phone number;
c. For non-US orders: Payment of destination customs duties and taxes (if applicable)

The BioHealth Company's Responsibilities:

a. Provision of goods with required documentation;
b. Pickup, carriage, and delivery to provided address;
c. Handling origin customs formalities;
d. For US orders: Payment of all US customs duties and import taxes

2 Returns Policy

Return Period

We offer a no-risk 120-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request within 120 days of receipt for a full refund. Please note that the original shipping costs will be deducted from your refund, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Return Process

Refunds

Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment. Please allow a few business days for the refund to reflect in your account after we have received and inspected your return.
